Hello Pirates,
My name is Carlo Plascencia, and I am the current A.S.V.C. president for the 2020-2021 academic year. I have been a student at Ventura College for three years, pursuing a career in law, and will be transferring out this year. I have been involved in all different campus events and organizations, including the anthropology club, S.H.P.E., and I.D.E.A.S. club, to which I am currently the president. In my previous involvement with the Associated Students of Ventura College last year, I served as the director of finance. I provided input regarding safety and wellness and, of course, budgeting. I am grateful to have been elected to the position of A.S.V.C. president during difficult times. I will take this challenge head-on and make sure that you all are represented!
Thank you!
Carlo Plascencia
A.S.V.C. President
