We had the best day with almost 300 Piru Elementary students as they toured the Ventura College campus and picnicked on our lawn.
We adopted Piru Elementary School to create community and to inspire a college-going culture.
We also partnered with the American Heart ❤️ Association to help students learn healthy habits.
Congratulations to all the students who received certificates today for completing the Healthy Heart Challenge. ❤️❤️
The students said one of the best parts of the day was touring the nursing lab and seeing the lifelike patient simulators used by our nursing students. 😂👩🏽⚕️
