Get ready to work every single muscle in your body! Sign up for Core Balance & Fitness (KIN V74A & KIN V74B) at Ventura College. These 12-week classes will begin February 8. You will be introduced to fitness concepts like core strength, flexibility, muscular strength and endurance, and balance training in the comfort of your own home with live classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Classes will be recorded so you can watch them on your own time frame. Class instruction, assignments, and assessments will occur online through Canvas. Confer-Zoom is an amazing platform for virtual fitness classes and will be used in combination with short exercise video clips.
Much like hiring a personal trainer in your local gym, you will receive help devising a plan to achieve your Smart Goals. Every six weeks you will receive help assessing your goals and making changes to help you reach your personal best. Your new work out program will be much more fun than doing crunches at home on your carpet.
