The BEACH Computer lab located in the LRC is open by appointment to currently enrolled students. Students can make a same-day appointment by calling (805) 289-6320 or emailing vcbeach@vcccd.edu, providing your name, student ID number, VC email address, phone number, and the date and time of their appointment request, keeping in mind that each appointment begins exactly on the hour. Students are limited to one 2-hour appointment daily. Spring 2021 hours for the BEACH: Mondays and Tuesdays from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays closed Students must complete the Pre-screening on the MYVCCD app and go through the health screening in the East Parking Lot and have your wristband visible when you arrive at the BEACH. Students must have a mask, and wear it the entire time you are in the BEACH. Printing is not available (and won't be for the foreseeable future), and neither are headphones. No food or drinks are permitted, only water in a sealed container. And once you start your appointment, you can only leave the assigned station to get water, use the restroom, or when your work is completed.
