KEEP A SCHEDULE
Try to maintain a schedule for your online classes and block off times to work on class assignments.
• Stick to your instructor’s schedule as much as you can. Staying on a schedule will help you have a feeling of normalcy and will keep you on track.
• Scheduling self-care is highly recommended in order to avoid burn-out!
• Schedule time for other activities such as cooking, cleaning, or exercise, etc.
• Try using a schedule to plan your days.
• Consider these Apps: Trello, Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar, or Google Keep
